2. 🛬 Alternate airfields

It is time to create for ourselves a network of alternate airfields where we can easily, safely and painlessly land our thoughts.

The text needs life because you put energy into it. The worst thing you can do is write on the table. You can write the so-called «morning pages» by hand on paper - this is a cool habit and a very useful process, but we are still talking about how to share thoughts with the world, be in contact with it, be visible and get value about to be like that. In short, any telegram-instagram-whatever-channel with one and a half subscribers is already better than writing in notes.

Create a network of channels for yourself where you can easily, safely and painlessly plant your thoughts.

Well, for example, like mine:

  1. Telegram channel «Vadik Effect» for personal thoughts - relationships, psychology, reflection, self-vulnerability. As a rule, there are those who are interested in me personally; there is no point in subscribing to it in order to criticize, here I am pleased to freely express my thoughts
  2. Instagram for stories and posts with children, discussions about family values, careful consumption and everything else
  3. Facebook for my active experimental and entrepreneurial side - writing ideas, thoughts, cool news, writing recommendations for people and services, and doing networking, but here I am pleased to look beautiful
  4. Old-old Twitter for some random jokes to have fun (you can, for example, make an anonymous channel and ship bile):

Recommendations

  1. Go over your list of concerns again.
  2. Make sure that for every topic - work, personal, hobbies, relationships, whatever - there is an "airfield" where you can always painlessly plant your thoughts
  3. If you have created a new channel, write a post about it - great reason!
  4. The main thing is not to worry about the number of viewers in the channel, do not fall for the provocation of likes and subscriptions ✊, now the task is just to create space.
💡
These and any subsequent tasks are optional. You can do them sequentially, inconsistently, anytime you want.
