A mistake made by 99% of all who write on social networks or in carts-channels: they do not «sell» their content
Here are 8 simple rules to help you increase the reach of any post, and even make some posts viral:
1. The most important thing is the intro.
80-90% of people will not read beyond the second sentence. Therefore, feel free to spend as much time on the intro as on the post itself.
2. The purpose of the intro is to hook the reader.
Give him a promise that it will be interesting next.
3. Here are examples of intro that work well:
⁃ Most people think X, but actually Y
⁃ A secret that is not told to most X
⁃ Most underrated X
⁃ A mistake that all X make, which costs them hundreds of thousands of rubles (the format I used in this post)
4. Many are ashamed to write such intros, they think that it is stupid.
In fact, you should only be shy if you have written bad content.
5. If you've written a cool post, it's almost * your responsibility * to get it read.
Nobody will get mad if you sold them great content. On the contrary, everyone will thank you.
6. Write in simple language.
So that it was clear to the third grader. Don't use difficult words. The challenge is not to sound smart, but to be understandable.
7. Don't use professional jargon, there is no emotion in it.
Don't write «the best way to increase ROI». Better write: «advice that will save marketers a lot of nerve cells.»
8. For a post to go viral, you have to create emotion in the reader.
Here are examples of emotions that work well for virality:
⁃ LOL: that's so funny
⁃ WTF: that pisses me off
⁃ AWW: that's sooo cute
⁃ WOW: that's amazing!
⁃ OHHH: now I get it!
⁃ FINALLY: someone said it!
⁃ YAY: that's great news!
I didn’t come up with all this myself, I watched the video where everyone is talking about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fN1kLxB1JIc and wrote a post based on.
In addition, I tried to take and apply all the tips from this video myself.
