6. 🚨 Alarm button

The euphoria from the start of the challenge passes, the hottest topics dry up, the routine and the course of the day are trying to wash us off the new habit. Let's discuss today one universal (but unique due to the challenge) remedy that has a 99.9% chance of helping when something goes wrong with fasting today and you are under stress.
Write in the group! ❤️
  • 1️⃣ You understand that you are not in time - write to the chat, damn it, I do not have time!
  • 2️⃣ You understand that you don't know what to write about - write something like I've been sitting dumb for an hour on the topic for a post, what to write about
  • 3️⃣ Dissatisfied with the text - write to the chat guys, it's so embarrassing!
  • 4️⃣ There is no motivation to write and you want to "pay off" - write the mood - pay a fine and score
  • and etc. Why?

👌 All these feelings are normal and manifest in every stream. Express them - and the group will support and guide you, since we are all on the same track here and the process unites us around this experience. The guys can even suggest a topic for the post, from the outside it is often even more visible :)

❤️ I'm not a big expert, but, physiologically, it's a way to get the «social» hormone oxytocin (increased when we feel connected with our tribe and satiate us), which will lower cortisol and provide the energy to make a key breakthrough.

🌟 It's also cool that oxytocin rises even in those to whom we turn for help (this is how we show people our respect and increase their social status), along with it, their level of dopamine with serotonin will rise. In short, everyone will be pleased!

Recommendations

  1. Open up to the group with your experiences, try to convey the context in which you are - the more clues in the message, the higher the chance of support
  2. Do this, if possible, at least not in the last hour before midnight - this will increase the likelihood that someone in the chat will, in principle, be active. 🌛
  3. You are more likely to receive support if you already appear in our micro-community as a giving and supporting person - therefore comment on the posts of other participants, start giving feedback as often as possible 💪
